To make the world a better place, we need to look after one another. If we can help our fellowman, we should help. If we have a solution to improve the human condition, then it should be shared. Our careers took us down different paths but when they converged, it was clear that it was our time. Our time to help improve human health. It can’t be done alone, it will take a collaborative effort that we will orchestrate with good people, strong partners, and empowered stakeholders.

Respect ourselves and what we bring to the table. Respect one another. There is no place in our organization for disrespectful behavior or people. They devalue the human spirit and themselves.

We appreciate that our employees come from all walks of life. They come to us with different family needs, interests, and commitments. We look to each other to perform our best and put in an honest day’s work, but understand that it may not come in a traditional 9 to 5 hour day. Balance leads to less stress and more satisfaction in everything we do.
We will share what we know. We may have different thoughts on the path forward, but will discuss to understand our options and ensure we are clear on direction and supportive in every decision.
Sometimes life gets so busy that we fail to stop to take the time to celebrate our accomplishments. Every week we will celebrate our wins and the employees who got us there.
