Your body does not make enough insulin or prevents insulin from working right. Sugar stays in blood and not to cells for energy.




Prediabetes Symptoms Checklist

Prediabetes means a person’s blood glucose (sugar) level is higher than normal, but not high enough yet to be diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.

Prediabetes can often be REVERSED through lifestyle changes such as increased physical activity and weight loss.

  • Darkened areas of skin.
  • Increased thirst.
  • Frequent urination.
  • Fatigue.
  • Blurred vision.
